Terri Cornelius is the newest member of the CG&A team and joins us as a project director. Current clients include the City of Chicago Department of Aviation, CAN-TV, CN Railroad and U.S. Cellular.
Terri has an extensive background in broadcast media, having worked at Fox News Chicago for 13 years as assistant news director. During her tenure at Fox, Terri helped oversee the growth and expansion of the news department and assisted with managing the 150-employee staff. Terri also shared in the acceptance of numerous broadcast journalism honors including the Edward R. Murrow Award for Excellence in Journalism.
Prior to joining CG&A, Terri participated in the public relations campaign for the opening of Northwestern Memorial’s new Prentice Women’s Hospital. She was responsible for securing national media coverage of the hospital’s October 2007 opening and also assisted with local media coverage of both Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Prentice.
Before moving to Chicago, Terri worked in Miami as a television news manager and producer. She began her broadcast career as a radio news anchor and reporter before transitioning into television.
Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism/media studies from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. Now that her two children are teenagers, Terri is returning to her inconsistent tennis game. |
