Marketing Manager

Katie focuses primarily on CG&A marketing, branding, social media and creative services. Along with a thorough understanding of messaging and project/campaign management, Katie brings experience in strategy, presentation and material development.

In addition to her involvement with internal marketing, Katie works extensively with the Illinois Bureau of Tourism to promote travel in Illinois through an integrated social media campaign. Prior to joining CG&A Katie lived in Minneapolis and gained insight to nonprofit communications in her role at Nonprofits Assistance Fund and, before that, honed her public and media relations skills at Padilla Speer Beardsley.

Katie received a Bachelor of Arts in marketing management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. Katie is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association. When she’s not working she spends her time writing for Gapers Block, practicing yoga, traveling or enjoying Chicago’s culinary scene.
