Drawing on his experience on local political campaigns, Josh manages strategic communications and public affairs efforts for clients. Currently, he provides public relations counsel for VOA Associates Inc., community outreach support for the Illinois Department of Transportation and social media strategy and consultation for Rush University Medical Center.

Prior to joining CG&A, Josh spent two years in Washington, D.C., working in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He served as a Presidential Appointee at the Pentagon, coordinating responses to high priority congressional inquiries on matters concerning the Secretary of Defense. Upon moving to Chicago, Josh served as communications director and social media director on a number of aldermanic, city and statewide political campaigns.

Josh graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. Josh was accepted into the University’s internship program in Washington, D.C., where he interned for Representative Kevin McCarthy of California.

Out of the office, Josh can be found talking about hockey and roaming the city with his dog, Stella.
