Holly’s efforts are centered largely around local and statewide public affairs campaigns and policy issues. She recently implemented a public affairs campaign in partnership with the Pension Fairness for Illinois Communities Coalition, which led to the successful passage of statewide pension reform legislation.
Prior to joining CG&A, Holly spent more than four years in Frankfurt, Germany, where she immersed herself in the German culture and advanced her fluency in the language. It was in Germany that she entered the world of journalism and honed her media relations skills as a financial news translator and writer for Dow Jones Newswires. Upon her return to the U.S., Holly worked as a beat reporter in Chicago, covering options and derivatives trading markets.
Holly is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in German, and minors in Spanish and Business. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Policy and Administration at Northwestern University.
